LOTTA SPJUTE AB Due to the changes in European data law, known as GDPR, we've updated our Privacy Policy. Our new privacy policy tells you what data we collect and how we use it. GDPR law that increases the protection of your data and your personal information. Starting on 25th of May, we will adapt to the European Union's new general data protection regulation (GDPR). Because of this we want to inform you about what kind of information about you / your company and how it is used. Your details such as name email address, address, phone number, person / organistation number may be stored in our mail system managed by SHOPIFY If you have been shopping in our online store, SHOPIFY`S information is handled with its own privacy policy protection of your data. If you are a reseller, we handle invoices in the www.bokio.se accounting system. We share all information with the tax office and save it as long as the law requires (7 years). If you want to know what information we have about you / your company or want to delete it after the manditory period it by law needs to be kept, contact us at hello@lottaspjute.se. We would like to share information on new products and design. If this is not desired can you email us at hello@lottaspjute.se and state that you want your contact information deleted and you do not want to be contacted in the future. We have sent this letter / email to you because you previously traded in our webshop or via facebook, you are a reseller or otherwise contacted us. We would like to make sure that you don´t mind if we would contact you for any reason. If you are in contact with us as a website shopper, we process your personal information for the purpose of administering your purchase, target relevant offers to you and the legal basis for our treatment is to be able fulfill our agreement with you. In case of contact with regarding a question or other contact via e-mail, we will process your personal information in order to communicate with you and answer your question in order to fulfill our agreement with you and / or based on a balance of interest. We will keep your personal information as long as necessary for the purposes stated in this policy. We use the www.one.com mail system where email communications are stored. We use a bookkeeping system called www.bokio.se to write invoices. We share information with the tax office upon declaration. We use Tictail as a webshop administrator who has his own protection for customers who trade through their platform. You are entitled to access the personal information we are processing about you. The information is given in the form of an excerpt from our register. If the information we have about you is incorrect or incomplete you may request that we correct or supplement them.
